Village Centre and West Quaco Housing Strategy

The Village is developing a Housing Strategy to guide future residential, commercial, and public development in West Quaco and the Village Center. The Village and the surrounding region have experienced a significant rise in tourism in recent years, with visitors drawn to natural attractions, outdoor activities, and local seafood. The expansion of the Fundy Parkway and increased interest in the area’s amenities are expected to drive further growth. As a result, infrastructure improvements are being considered to support and sustain the Village’s future development.
